Oops, accidentally shot a 30p project in 60p, CS5 import/export suggestions?

I shot a commercial with the FS100 and completely forgot to check my framerate, so I wound up shooting everything in 60p. The final piece will be for a 30p broadcast, any suggestions for project, import or export settings in CS5 that will prevent everything from looking wonky? The spot is just people talking about domestic violence and I got so focused on lighting (first time using my DIY Kino fluorescent lights), making sure there were no hotspots on people's faces and getting the speakers mic'd up with my wireless that I never checked the framerate. Duh. Thanks in advance. I'll post the finished piece after it gets final approval from the client.

You may have a problem with the sound initially if you recorded using PCM audio, as CS5 won't recognize the audio when using the 60P/PCM setting. You have to use dolby digital with 60P. The workaround is converting the audio track outside of CS5 to a wav track, or something else, and importing it separately, and matching it up with the video.

You will have no issues with importing the video into a 30P sequence.

I've heard this sound issue with 60P is resolved in CS6.

Is this for broadcast in the US?
If so does the broadcaster really want the spot in 30p?

Its for US broadcast, I meant to say it'll be 30fps. I didn't want to get into the editing process and waste time on something that I would have to scrap later. My content delivery knowledge is still a work in progress.

I'm pretty sure for broadcast you need to export either 1080i60i or 720p60p based on the station's requirements.
