Only one P2 card mounts on my Mac now

Weird new problem with my HVX200/Mac.

While both p2 cards used to mount fine in the past, appearing as two separate drives in the Finder, now only one will mount at a time. I have to transfer footage from one (in FCP), then remove that card from the camera to get the other one to mount. Both (8 GB) cards work fine otherwise.

It's been a while since I've used my HVX, so I don't know what the cause of this mounting problem might have been. Is it the Mac (OS update?), the camera, the cards?

(Apologies if this has been addressed. I did use the search tool a few times.)

I have the same issue Brian, at least on first attempt.
I put write protection on, on both cards in camera, plug in fw, turn on cam, hold button to switch to pc-dub mode, both cards flash orange for a few secs, then top slot mounts as 'No Name' drive, but slot 2 continues flashing and doesnt mount.
If I eject (on Mac) slot 1, turn cam off, then back on again and repeat above process, both cards then mount fine.
Im worried I might damage something or lose data by turning off cam while slot 2 is flashing orange.
I too have not used HVX for 4 months or so, and not sure what update may be an issue.
Im running 10.4.9 and FCP 6.0.4 with all current updates to pro apps, QT etc
Any ideas?

Im not sure why its doing this, but have found a cure, not a prevention.
And it was actually in the manual. hmmm.

Goto Disk utility.
I have 2 FW panasonic 29.5 Gb Drives (I have 2 16gb cards btw)
1 of the drives has a No name volume greyed out.
Click on this drive, and then mount.
Up pops the other card in finder. Sorted.
Not sure why this has changed though.
