Hi, is there any online training sites out there for film production, like video training?
I don't mind if it has a monthly fee.
Thanks.

Lots. Which aspect? Cinematography? Lighting? Sound? Editing?
For lighting and sound, there are some great DVDs available through DVXUser.
For editing, it depends on which NLE you're using. There are lots of FCP and AVID tutorials out there. Some have fees, some don't. Google "___ tutorial" (fill in the blank with your NLE) and see what comes up.
Vimeo also has a "video school" section that features lots of free tutorials, though I find that one extremely hit-and-miss as many of the user-submitted videos are by amateurs for amateurs, and tend to have some glaring inaccuracies. That said, there are a few gems in there.
