Online Rebate submission?

[METV21]

Is there a place to submit the rebate into online? There used to be but I cant find it now. If someone could direct me to the link Id appreciate it. Also, do I need to fill out a different rebate form for the software and book/DVD?

Thanks
Chris

I tried calling that number several times and can't get thru to a person...blah

I keep getting a recording with some chick who gives her email address so fast that I'll have to call back five times just to catch what she said..hehe

Just so you'll know, I sent an email last night to see if my book. DVD, etc. were on the way. I got a reply this morning and, apparently, they are out of stock, but expect to have them in by the end of next week.

Hey, the book & extras came today, after all! Maybe they got them in sooner than expected.

Guess I should have been quicker on the draw...
