Ladies and gentlemen,
I had a story to tell. How to tell it though was a brainteaser... and so, I though well we'll just tell it as a brain teaser!
Another thing I've always wondered about doing was doing a project like a soapie, where there's a new episode each and every day. What could we realistically handle to upload every day? The answer seemed to be short bursts of adventure of about one to two minutes.
Except soapies are talky drama and relationships only, mostly... that's where our story "MY CREATION" will differ slightly in that it will, in addition to a lot of talky drama, also have things like robots, time travel, and sci-fi, action, paranormal etc. spread throughout.
Storylines... check. Ok, so it wasn't as easy as that. It took years of planning
There is also one huge just plain delicious mystery you can try to solve throughout the series. There are subtle clues everywhere and throughout each and every episode, if you are interested in following the adventure.
After some more planning, it seemed we had everything as ready as can be as far as can be foreseen from where we were, starting out with basically nothing.
Well, we've been going full steam at it and I'm happy to say we are currently at day 22 of our series.

BEHIND THE SCENES OF "MY CREATION 1: Lost and afloat, drifting on a dark, wide ocean":
MY CREATION 1 was shot in a big pool at night. Fog is created of course with a fog machine. The sequence is supposed to have the feel of a strange, weird dream.
The flashing light effects were added in post, as well as the moon that was superimposed in some scenes. Some of the waves are real sea waves we got from the ocean.
There's something so fun about swimming around in water in the dark. Have you ever noticed? So I must say I loved doing this scene.
