One battery to power all or?

If you guys could help me Id really appreciate it, Ive been building a custom dslr camera shoulder rig and was curious how many of you use one battery (aka V-Mount or AB mount) to power your entire rig OR do you use the standard way of every accessory having its own battery power?

Personally I have been using batteries for each accessory and use stock batteries in the camera, but was thinking of using just one battery. What do you prefer?
