Yes, to the 0.01% of the population that has either a blu-ray disc, hd-dvd player, or 4k digital projection system.

But yes, if you wanted to experiment with that, I'd say shooting 48fps would be an option, but you'd have to watch your shutter speed if you wanted to do a credible 24fps extraction.
