On-camera shock mount.

I am on the hunt for a good on-camera mic shock mount. I am using a Rycote wind-blocker. I need the mic to be a few inches higher than the built-in mic mount, otherwise the Rycote is in the frame. (But I hope to not use the shoe mounted variety of mic mount as I am using a Lite Panel at the same time.)

Anyone have the perfect solution?

For years now I am using the Rode shockmount. It works great and never had any problem with it.

If you're a DIY'er it wouldn't be too hard to adapt some type of L-bracket to the existing mounting plate to get the holder out and up a few inches higher.
