Sorry if this has been posted before but if someone could link me or suggest a good on camera mic for a dvx100b it would be greatly appreciated. Preferably nothing too pricey but then again you get what you pay for...

Thanks

I'm having the same issue deciding for a good on camera shotgun for sub $600 but if I can get something decent for $300 under I would way rather. Do you use your NTG2 for riding footage Austin? I saw your vimeo page and saw the bmx stuff which is something I film as well. Any help is greatly appreciated man

Audio Forum--highly recommend it.
Look at the stickys and use the search tool. You will find a ton of great information on exactly what you are looking for.

I recently purchased an Azden SGM 2X with the shock mount and it works excellent..........I was getting motor noise from the other shotgun I had and there is none with the Azden. I would highly recomend it for a great low budget shotgun mic.
