Omnidirectional Lavalier?

I am not sure if one of these exist? I'm guessing that since most lavaliers were made to exclusively pick up the person wearing them and not get background noise? I'm trying to do a hidden camera type of show and need a wireless mic attached to one of the actors to hear him from a distance and be able to pickup the oblivious victim's responses. So I was wondering if that is what they use on those hidden camera shows? If someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Most lavs are omnis. The cardioid lav is just a bad idea, unless the person wearing it is in a neck brace and cannot rotate his/her head.

thanks for the replies, does anyone anyone have a complete wireless setup they could they could link me to? I heard azden isn't that good...?
Also I was looking at VHF over UHF since im looking for a wireless range from 100(150) to possibly 200 and UHF has a farther reach and is more expensive, someone correct me if I am wrong.

Sennheiser G2 has received good reviews. Lectrosonics are a bit more industry standard. I do not have any experience with Azden.
