OMFI Media File Error

I am getting an OMFI Media Database Error when I start Avid. After dismissing this first dialog and any subsequent, related dialogs, I am able to open and work with my project.

Any ideas on what could be causing this? The disk itself checks out fine with disk check utilities. Projects open and are editable.

Try deleting the .mdm files (two of them) in the MediaFiles folder before launching the application. See if htat helps.
