Olympus zuiko and adapter questions

I'm looking at getting a 14-54 Zuiko. On Ebay I noticed there is a version 1 (cheaper) and version 2. What's the difference? Will there be no push AF with version 1? Also, does this Panasonic adapter

Sold the Zuiko 14-54 and bought the Lumix 14-45 which requires no adaptor, has good AF and OIS.
