Olympus EPL1 ad

[Ben_B]

I am sure people have seen this before but I just saw this (well the 30 sec version) on TV. Spoiler alert! The ad was shot with the camera. Anyway it was cool to see an ad for a m4/3 camera on TV.

I AGREE

Anyway, apparently the motion JPEG of the EPL1 is good enough for broadcast

Great concept, and it looks really good. Panasonic should do something along these lines. But I guess now it's already been done!

There are some good commercials running for the PEN range. I saw a new one the other day that was all stop motion, really nicely done.

If you haven't seen this, then it's worth a look, a fashion shoot using the PEN cameras. There is also a BTS of this shoot.

I've decided on an E-PL1 as a compliment to the GH1 and for just taking anywhere. Only 30p, but it's manual control and the quality of the MJPEG is solid too.
