Theirs no real section to talk about new cameras, so I thought this might be the best pace.
I find this camera interesting, its flawed for sure, it dosen't have 24p or full HD. But the form and availability of some nice small form lenses seems to be where the industry is trying to get the consumer who wants somehing better than a point and shot.
I particularly find the electronic eyepiece interesting and am wondering if it could be used on other cameras. I have had discussions about Red Scarlet's electronic eyepiece and wondered why they have to cost so much. This seems like an adequate solution for many?
I am also wondering about the audio as it has been described as 'Pro' audio. I havent been able to find out if it has automatic gain and expect it probably does but I don't know. Like I said its flawed but it has some interesting elements. What do you think?
