Ok so it's pretty much a manual lens on a GH1 Lumix, but at F2 for a walk around zoom, is hard to pass up (exp. since you can handhold up to 50mm with usuable footage)
But 1700 is a bit much with the possibility of a new lens with OIS/autofocus for the GH1 a possibility .
BUT HAS ANYONE HERE USED IT ????
tried searching but couldn't find anything or any vimeo/youtube clips
with this lens specifically.
1700 is too much sans auto focus/ois, but hard to pass up a lens a that's a stop faster than your typical 2.8 pro zoom.
Any links to footage would be awesome if you have any uploaded.
