I've got an old Indislider Pro, which I can no longer use since my camera is WAY too heavy for this...and I no longer have a DSLR B-cam. It's got some cosmetic wear and tear, but it works fine. $100 plus shipping.
I can include a Manfrotto 100mm half ball & leveler for $25 as well, and also a slide plate and quick release if you want one as well.
