If it ever happened again! And it did... Remember awhile back I was saying DVXuser turned a different color? Well, here's proof... look below!

Mine is dark blue too, but sometimes while the page loads I can see these colors but then the actual css loads.

Yeah, the forum is dark blue. So is the picture you posted. I can't see the difference.

When did you get your eyes checked Brandon?

I think you are on here too much.

Really? Whoa... The eye doctor said it was just a floater...

Brandon,
what happens is that original this is the real color of the rows, but it's been overwritten by a gradient image - the dark blue we all see. So for some reason with your browser or connection you can't load the image to make the dark blue gradient and you see the default cyan color. That's the truth my friend.

meh, my joke so failed. I was hoping I could get in before othere's posted non-consistant reponses, but nooo...

It's the images failing to load. The actual coded colors of the board are those light blues you are seeing. The dark blues we are used to are small gradient images. Try turning off images in your browser and you'll see it every time.

Images failing to load is prety rare but happens on occasion. (All jokes aside) with the ammount that you spend on here, it's not supprizing you see it more than others.

EDIT: beaten to it again.

Sorry to spoil your joke.. but as you say, yes refreshing once per second he sees it more.

Steve Arm had it right. If you see it change colors it's probably because the css hasn't finished loading. Sometimes there are background images (or colors defined in a seperate css file) that need to be loaded and the html code has a default color it shows until the image/css color is loaded. Maybe that's what you're seeing.
