GH4 OIS During Hand Held Shooting of 4k Video?

Thats the whole point of OIS.

I thought I heard in the past that some SLR OIS lenses would create strange movement effects if one moved the camera during even a handheld shot (panning, tilting).

My Pana 14-140mm II makes odd uneven fast OIS jittering when shooting video handheld. It is still more stable than without OIS. GH4 4k has quite much rolling shutter so it is difficult to remove those jitters in post.
