I had a client that wanted everything shot on DVCPRO HD 1080 and for some reason it recorded on AVC100, I could have sworn I set it to DVCPRO!! Is this gonna be a problem? is there anything I can do?

hey could be a lot worse, you could have been asked for HD and shot SD, at least you started at the top.
 
Download Edius, import the avc-material and export it into a dvcpro P2 Card Structure. (PC)
It was my solution to get different camcorder material unique.
