A mind is a terrible thing to blow.
Wow! What an upgrade.
The Odyssey doesn't make coffee or tea...but DNxHD would pretty much be the capper for me and lots of others, but after seeing everything CD has been doing, I understand why Avid is on the back burner.
Happy that it's on the stove though!

Wow this is a great start. I was a bit disappointed that it doesn't use Slog3 for the FS5. But the Image quality is absolutely stunning. The range in the files is absolutely remarkable!
Cheers,
Sam

Avid DNx is in active development.

S-Log3 from FS5 will be supported in the next update.

How difficult would it be to support Open EXR? It's a great file format And somewhat more widely supported in VFX and high end projects than CDNG.

Has the FS7 raw been sorted so its now a proper badass upgrade to the internal XAVC?

Looking for a monitor and i had such an awesome time with FS700+O7Q that ofcourse its on the top of my list to buy again.
