I have had a few requests for international shipping. How difficult is it to do? The last time I dealt with international shipping it took close to a month to receive the item (camcorder) :/

i was thinking about pm'ing you, but how would it be handled if i bought your Odyssey, which is registered to your name? i suppose i won't be able to purchase more recording options, unless CD knows that i'm now the owner of the Odyssey with serial no. xxxx? Maybe Mitch could chime in on this one...

You would become the new owner of that serial number device, and therefore owner of the options. You would need to register with us via our website.

I believe we have language on this somewhere. I'll get back to you on it.

Edit:
Need to get this info written up properly! For now, the original owner can contact us directly to "unregister" and then the new owner can then register. I would suggest it all be handled together in a single transaction (everyone copied on the email). There is no charge for this service.
