Odyssey 7Q+ recover video after accidental format via 7q+

Hey everyone,

Has anyone successfully recovered footage from an Odyssey 7Q+ SSD after accidentally formatting in the unit?

No additional video was recorded to the drive. Literally realized hit format on the wrong drive half a second after confirming.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

When "formatting"... it's pretty quick, so im sure it doesn't over-write. What exactly does it do?

I'm trying a data recovery software I've used before and its able to find a partition, and it's 236gb i believe. I know I ejected the drive before, so hopefully restoring it will find the previous partition? Or is that a phantom one done by the odyssey on format?

Honestly you'll need to talk to our techs on this. You also may want to try using Picture Rescue 2. It's only $20 and we worked with the company so that they would be able to work well with our files.
