As I had really no money left for an expensive holder for the EVF I tried
to build something with the exinsting parts I had laying around and it actually got
quite nice
I took the baseplate from gini rig baseplate (which for the camera was
quite a sloppy baseplate
) and removed the cheesplate from it. Then I just putted
it on vertically on two rods mounted on a body arm. Only thing that can't be change
with my setup is height...but it seems to be perfect for now, very stable and you can
easily quick release the monitor. Futhermore you can just detach the bodyarm and just
put it on the back of the camera if you're on a tripod. Thought I'd share.
