Hi,
Could someone explain to me how to use the LUT range option in Odyssey 7Q+ while monitoring. I have set LUT ON while monitoring so I see changes when I choose a different LUT and/or range.
For some reason this has me a bit confused. Cause when I choose Legal from the settings I see the histogram stretch out to superwhites and darks (and I also see more details in highlights and shadows). When I choose Extended I see the histogram narrow and clip all superwhites. This to me seems opposite to what I expect to see?
Do I understand correct that I'm supposed to know if my LUT is extended or legal range?
