Thanks for pointing that out. I left him a comment to try to assist. It's most likely a bad SDI cable, which is almost always the culprit.
 
Yeah, I thought dvxuser might be a better platform than vimeo. Also because you are very present here, which is - cannot be said enough - amazing! :)
