Hello communitiy!
When the 7Q recieves power, it automatically boots up. Is this intended and is there a reason for this behaviour? Because, in my setup, i have a strange problem. This setup consists (basically) of:
FS 700 R
Odyssey 7Q
Bebob COCO http://www.bebob.de/Akkus-und-Ladegeraete/COCO-15V-III.html
V-Mount Battery
Hirose Cables

When the 7Q is running, as soon as i power the FS700, the COCO switches off after a few seconds (i might provide you with a video, but i think i am able to explain it in words). It looks like there is some kind of safety switch within the COCO, because the power indicator light on the COCO switches off while this happens. I have to switch the COCO off and on again to proceed.
There are two ways to get this setup to work correctly:
Power on the COCO
Wait until the 7Q has booted
Shut down the 7Q
Power the FS700
Wait until FS700 has booted
Power on the 7Q
or
Disconnect the SDI cable between FS700 and 7Q
Power on COCO
Power on 7Q and FS700 in whatever order you like (even simultaneously)
Wait until both have booted
Reconnect SDI cable
Once powered correctly, the setup runs flawless for hours. I dont want to blame CD for this behaviour, i am just curious if anybody can reproduce it. On the other hand, everything would be fine if the 7Q wouldnt auto power-on as soon as a battery is connected. The emergency shutdown doesnt look very good for the whole setup, i am scared of damaging my equipment...
Thanks in advance for any help!
