Oddly Compressor Failing

I have two systems with Final Cut on them and here and there sometimes exporting used to fail but deleting preferences would take care of it

Mac Pro with 6 gig ram
Mac book pro with 4 gig ram

All of a sudden for 3 days on both machine compressor keeps failing half way or as it gets close to finish, encoding only audio file.

I have done "send to compressor" and also dragged and dropped self contained movie of two different projects and same results

I have seen posts online where "self contained movie" option is the solution but I keep getting same results.

Thoughts
 
What are the sequence settings for the sequence you are sending to Compressor?

What conversion are you setting up in Compressor for the file?
 
Apple pro res proxy 24p 1080p

DVD best quality 150 min mpeg.


I have been doing this for almost a year. Same settings
