Odd message on Youtube

I've been transfering some videos to a new YT account, and I'm getting this message:

"The MOV/MP4 file you uploaded contains the index at the end. We prefer you flatten the file before uploading so that the index is in the front of the file. See this article for more information."

(The "this article" link doesn't explain it).

What does this mean? This is something I've just recently seen. I'm just exporting from FCP like I always did. Do I need to do something different?

I'm on a PC, but I think it's referring to the moov atom (the metadata that's required to be at the beginning for files to stream immediately instead of being downloaded first for progressive http flash streams) . In .mp4's that I *know* that I have it at the beginning, I don't get the message, on ones that don't I do get the message. Technically it shouldn't matter, because YT would be re-encoding it anyway, and presumably they would "fix" it

In QT for windows, I think there is a "prepare for internet streaming - fast start" or something along those lines

It's this.

Is Youtube keeping you from displaying your video to the public still?
