[FS: Optics] OCT19 to M4/3 adapter

This adapter was made here in USA a couple of years ago. Allows the use of Lomo cine lenses in native OCT19 mount with M4/3 cameras. No port cap, just the adapter- caps are available on Ebay.
$125 plus shipping.
