Superb condition 1030B, never seen one so nice, crazy smooth and everything operating perfectly. Complete with the large Euro plate quick release, 100mm bowl and handle. Looking for £1,700 plus shipping, UK-based but happy to ship at cost.

I have the same exact same head and base plate, bought it new in the late 90s. Mine was resealed a couple years ago by VITEC (current owner of Oconnor) at a very reasonable price. It is a fantastic piece of engineering, arguably best in class. One of the things that makes it so special is the ability to adjust counter balance with a rotating wheel instead of levers, so exact counterbalance can be achieved. Also, this is the more desirable "B" model and not the "S" model which stands for "studio". "B" models can tilt +/- 90 degrees where "S" models can only do +/- 60 degrees. It'll be the last piece of gear I part with when I retire.
