As the title says, or asks: how do you counter the weight that O7Q adds on the left side of your shoulder rig?

I am curious how you all counter this. I experience that i get fatigue in my left arm (wich should rather only do focus hunt) while i am just using a weight in the back.

Three comments: 1. I saw someone's rig where they mounted the battery off to the right side. Something like this make sense.
2. This becomes easier if you use an external battery like a V mount battery.
3. Try to get your right hand grip in closer to the center of gravity. I have yet to see an extension arm that helps with this, but maybe someone will come up with one.
