NYC Skyline Time Lapse 1080p

SIC... That is sick. Man, you just keep bring the GOODs bro. That looks amazing! Did you think that to yourself when you saw it? Like damn... that looks really amazing.

Have you done any sunrise/sunsets in the frame yet? I plan on shooting some early morning/ magic hour stuff in the gulf of mexico.

Keep them coming.

I don't think the HVX looks that great. Nobody has posted anything even close to being considered a really intriguing shot. I don't think this camera is capable of much. Nobody out there seems to have any flare for cool lighting.

Didn't like the wolves footage? I think the camera's capable of amazing work in the right hands. Give it a few months, should be a torrent of excellent work to look at.

How would you have lit the skyline to make it look intriguing?

I think that people are just getting the camera and working on projects that will eventually look great...to think that you can do good looking time-lapse shots right out of the box is cool...give it time, I'm sure as the weeks and months go by, there will be a lot more footage and that it will be great.

Let me guess, either you're joking, or you've never used an HVX.

Strong Island City, please post more clips when you get a chance.
It's excellent footage, great to see such filmic looking time lapse.
:)

Why are you hating on him because he dislikes what he's seeing from the camera?

EVeryone's entitled to an opinion... at least that's what I keep being told on this site.

it does. (make sense) you can't do that on the dvx though. i was wondering because i wanted to attempt something similar. the least is .5 seconds. what would be an equivalent setting on the dvx? (not numerically but final product wise...) would it be as smooth? (sorry if im changing direction here) and apparently the best way on the dvx is to record straight and speed up in post...

thanks
