I am selling my beloved HVX200 - a Professional P2 DVCproHD camcorder.
This Camera package alone is going for $1650, with a Go35 35mm adapter and 135mm Portrait lens included. I am in NYC. Buyer pays shipping if going long distance. Contact me: timurcivan@gmail.com
The Camera has 1594 hours on p2, and 390 hrs on DVtape and is in good working order, all ports, USB, FireWire and DVI ( hd monitor port) work perfectly. Records perfectly in all frame rates and modes, on P2 and Tape. The Tape heads have only been used with Panasonic AMQ tapes. No Mixed brands. The lens is flawless. The XLR's are perfectly functional, and the LCD is brand new. Just had it replaced.
IT has almost all of its accessories and small components, like the threaded zoom knob, and the microphone holder, as well as spare screws for the mic holder.
I used this camera as a static "A" camera on interviews with the 35mm adapter that is offered along side. This inter cuts beautifully with the 5dmkII footage i would use for "B" camera. Selling because i am going RED.......
There are a few cosmetic scratches. The only known flaw is the headphone jack is a bit finicky. HVX200's are known for that. It functions, it just needs a little pressure on the connection, i have lowered the price overall to $1650 to compensate, and help subsidize the cost of a repair if you feel it necessary.
The camera comes with:
HVX200 Body.
2x 8gig P2 cards
3x 5600 mah DVXuser brand batteries ( all fully functional, and hold a 4-5 hour charge)
2x Battery chargers
1x AC power adapter
1x Component HD monitor Cable ( fully functional)
1x Panasonic camera remote
1x Stock panasonic camera strap (unopened)
1x DV tape
1x composite cable
1x Kata case w/ Pouches
The 35 Adapter is a Go35 Pro w/ FD mount.
One of the more lovely looking 35mm Adapters you can get. It has a look similar to the Legendary Guerilla35. Comes with a 135mm F2.5 Canon FD lens. One of the sharpest Portrait lenses in that mount.
