NYC discussion of all these new cameras

Was a nice event! Especially for us east coasters who can't make it out to NAB. Claire is just lovely.

She also mentioned the possibility of the use of their space for other meetings, as well as the possibility of AJA bringing a Cion by if a handful of us would like to gather for such a thing (though i'll let claire confirm/deny this)

The question i'll pose now: If i set up a regular monthly meetup, who would be interested?

Sounds good. I was looking around for you guys last night. We've met Kwan, at an Adobe seminar, but I didn't see you there. Anybody else make it? I'm curious what others thought of that Cion footage they had there.

It was great meeting you and thanks for the kind words! :smile: I'm actually going through the photos I took that night and I'll be sure to post the gallery here once I have them uploaded.

I can confirm that Jon at AJA reached out to me after seeing that you guys were trying to put together a possible meetup at our NY space. He mentioned that he'd be interested in showing the CION to a group of end users like yourselves, but when it comes to AJA's involvement in a more formal event (ie our Post-NAB expo), that obviously requires more sales/marketing involvement as well.

Definitely keep me in the loop about any meetup plans you guys have going forward. Sometimes the logistics of gear & space can be easier to work out when it's not a huge, complex event, ifykwim ;)
