NX1 is, uh, shooting green randomly?

So, shot a friend's show tonight just for fun-- mostly wanted to see how it fared stopped down and at 3200 iso (spoiler alert: not great). But, uh, while I was shooting the show, something *terrible* happened-- at one point, the camera display turned green and somewhat negative? I thought it might have been a button i pressed, but I got home and checked the files-- the sensor itself did this. Here's an image comparison: http://imgur.com/a/5BwYe

Has this happened to anyone? Is my camera a dud? (I got it from someone on here)

Either a huge lighting change without an exposure change (look at the clipped parts), or you lost a channel (looks like red went away). Haven't seen this kind of thing since my days of changing tubes in cameras when I forgot to plug one of them back in.

Yep, that's a problem. It looks like red and blue both have luminance-only, while the green channel remained active.
