NX1 Firmware 1.3, what does "Capture individual 4K frame forward & backward" mean?

I was wondering if anyone could explain what this means? "Capture individual 4K frame forward & backward with precision"

Is it the same thing as the GH4s 4k photo-mode, with a sort of continuous capture?
