This is what I like about you, you're constantly filming something and sharing with us regardless of how perfected it is. This is cool and keep doing what your doing.

Where did you get this footage? This nuke didn’t happen near by did it? ;)

thanks, its nuclear test footage mixed with a field shot where i opened the iris slowly, then sped it up. ANy suggestions on how to jazz it up a bit? ;D 8)

Well, first of all its really hard to tell that it was an exlposion. You might want to add an explosion nuke sound and possibly a shockwave. I don't know, you can try that.

By the way, your download speed is improved too. Still slow, but not painful.

As far as the test...couldn't really tell what was going on. I wouldn't have known what I was looking at without reading your description first. I think the film grain and skipping is too distracting, the flare lasts too long (maybe not) and the over saturated colors make it look abstract versus realistic. Not that that's a bad thing if you want it to look graphic instead of real. word?

And a new shot, lowering the horizon, showing more sky with more room for the mushroom cloud would help. Right now all I'm looking at is a grassy hill, not the **** that's gonna kill me.

greeches - I too was not sure what was going on. It looked cool but, if you hadn't mentioned it, I would not have seen an explosion.

Maybe start slightly zoomed in (digitally) then slowly pull away. Just to give the camera some sort of movement.

not sure if the wmv worked at all. Recompressed in MOV and now is fuller length.
