NTSC vs PAL

I'm about to get a HVX but can't decide weather to get the PAL or NTSC version.

I know with the NTSC i can shoot 24np which is close enough to PAL but will the PAL shoot 30np?

The PAL does not shoot 24np,

I'm going to be shooting in Europe and the USA,

Can't decide, please help me.

No 30p on the PAL version.

I'd buy the version which is representative of the most screens your footage is going to hit.
