NTSC to PAL?

I need help, I shot a graduation video that used a DVX 100b. I need to make multiple copies onto a DVD.

Here is the situation. Some of the copies need to be NTSC, not a problem!!!

The others need to be PAL for some of the family members that live in Eastern Europe. How do I do this?

the video was shot with the 24PA setting on the camera.

I know that some people will be viewing this on a PC, but there are some that would like to view it on a DVD player in Europe.

PS. I am using a Mac

Many PAL DVD players will play NTSC DVDs just fine.

If you want to convert try: http://dvfilm.com/atlantis/index.htm

BUT:
I have found if you only want SPECIFIC people to watch your DVD movie, especially family members, a good way to do it is to send them a DVD player also.
Seems crazy, but this player:

Cyberhome DVD300 is about $30, can be programmed with the remote to be multiregion, and plays PAL and NTSC on either TV system. Oh, and it's 110V/220V too.

Thanks! That conversion program looks like it is really cool, and some what easy to use. I don't quite get how the sound will react when sped up to 25p.

wouldn't that make the sound act a little off or make chipmunks out of everyone talking?

As cheap as that DVD player is I don't know if it would be cheap enough due to the fact that I will be sending about 6 or 7 copies to family members in Bulgaria.
