GH1 ntsc or pal version

never knew where to see the markings if your gh1 that says ntsc or pal....

the only markings are' made in china 'and the 2 gh1 has these 2 numbers

we9jb001183 and the other we9c001783 are these both ntsc

does it really matter, you just hack it to whichever region you want. to my knowledge there are no physical/visual markings. they flash the camera to suit region to where it is being shipped to in the factory don't they after its all been assembled?

finally know where to detect if it is ntsc or pal. very simple, get a 'media info'software (free) and throw the mts clip there,it will tell you if it is pal or ntsc.

If I get a gh2 and its a pal version, the 'stalin hack' does not yet cover conversion does it?

blues, I'm a regular media info user. I think i'm missing something here. Where does it say about the system? thanks.
 
try this

1.shoot a clip
2.then take the sd card and insert to a reader that plugs to a usb to your laptop
3.then drag the clip from your private folder to the media info
(have a feeling it needs more than just the private folder for the kind of system to appear.
