NTSC HVX in use in Europe

I am going to Europe for a short project in which I will be using NTSC HVX. Now what do I need to be aware when using NTSC HVX in PAL land? What shall I bring with me? Any lighting concerns? Shall I pack KINO-FLO DIVA 400 with me too?

Your help is greatly appreciated.
 
Main thing when shooting where there are lights: go for a shutter speed of 1/50 (or 1/100) of a second.
Wait, 1/25th is a possibility also if shooting 24p.
