I guess it depends on what and how you're shooting. If this is your only cam and you need to deliver a PAL master, then you could probably work to create a 24p final, which you'll then create a 25p version of at the end.
If you're working with other PAL cameras and external sound recorders, then that could be a bit more hassle.
Either way, you might have to watch your shutter under artificial lights, to avoid any flicker problems.
im in a pal wrld with ntsc cam and no oe notice the diference , once im finish editing i use after effects to converts , you can go to videocopilot, there they have a tutorial and free plug in to convert from ntsc to pal , i dont use the plug in its to slow i use twixtor same and better faster
is so easy all you have to do change the frame rates drop twixtor change the project setting to pal and boom you done , export it to pal
