Not really sure where to ask this...

I have an existing thread about shooting video for real estate but I am also thinking of shooting pictures as well as an added bonus with the video. I don't want to advertise myself as shooting real estate photography since that's not my focus, but I think it's a good incentive for getting clients since it would be a 2 in 1 type package. I want my workflow to be as quick as possible and was wondering how frowned upon would it be to use my video as pictures? When I say this, I mean using Premiere to edit the video but also using the "snapshot" tool to take photos?

This is much easier on my end since all I need to do is set up shots for video and not worry about doing that for pictures as well since I can take screenshots of it in Premiere.

you need to have the camera steady for a split-second, in order to avoid motion blur; apart from that, it's pretty easy, but you'd still get better quality if you took an actual photo (you get RAW color and dynamic range, and avoid the line-skipping and the compression)

a good workflow would be to prepare each shot, then take a still, which you can also use to check the histogram, then shoot video

I'm just curious as to how you compare the quality between a video still image to an actual picture?
