Not enough!

Can you not use your camera enough? I bought my camera in late January and have only used it six times. I am filming in September and I didn't know about it sitting around. It in a nice case waiting to go. I was worried that I could under use it?

I guess the mechanics can be damaged from few usage, just like still cameras. I don't think that's your case though.

Leaving the battery on it might not be good either as the battery will drain....... My question is: will these batteries corrode if left on? similar to a couple of AA's in a remote control? Not that I would do that, but just for the sake of knowing & in response to the original post.
