noob question

Hey everyone I have a question related to the settings on the hvx200. My school is letting me borrow one of their cameras to film a bmx documentary and I'm trying to shoot a large amount of it in HD. They hooked me up with two 8g P2 cards so i want to take advantage of that. I'm trying to get a similar look to this video http://bnqt.com/media.php?ms=MAIN&pid=8601236022078
Do any of you guys know what settings I should use to accomplish this? 720p/ 60fps?

720P60 is good if you want some nice slow-mo shots.

the look itself happens mostly in postproduction, play with the levels and add some red and yellow .

if you want a shallow DoF zoom in as much as possible and open your iris as wide as it gets.

it's mostly try and error, so get some test footage. But if i remember there will be 80% of the footage wasted with bails and slams anyway so you sure have a lot of trys.
