non-drop frame tape?

hi, okay, i was trying to capture some footage from my tape with the dvx, and i got this error.

what does this mean? i shot with 24p(a) and earlier today i was capturing the same footage from the same tape with exactly the same setup and it wourked fine. now im trying again and i get this error, what do i do?

i just tried to capture from the same tape again, and this time got a diffrent error,

how can i fix this!?
 
Are you capturing for the first time, or a batch capture?

If it's the first time, try creating a new Tape Name in the Capture window for this tape, then capture under the new name.

If it's batch, then you may be out of luck, but someone else might know a trick.
 
Go into Settings/Deck Preferences and the top item is choosing drop frame or non drop frame....switch it to non drop frame
