I recently received a Micro35 adapter and I 'hard mounted' it by using the 55mm polarizer ring method.
Interestingly, the image is not centered. During the 'soft mount' setup process you zoom out to get the unit centered. This gives you an image of the glass window, ground glass, and some of the internal housing itself. My image is no where near centered.
I removed the unit from the housing and just mounted it on the lens to check. The image is slid over to the right by a good bit.
The only thing I can think of is that the CCD was not installed properly. Just a minute deviation would cause the image to shift one way in relation to the lens apeture. Has anyone else noted this type of situation?
Thanks,
Bob
