Noise problem

Hi

I have observed some amount of noise on my hpx171e camera. I have read some articles and threads on this topic, but i feel in some way I have more noise on mye camera than normal.

The still image is a 100% cut, from a 1080i 25p recording, with +3 detail coring.

Could anyone tell me, if this seems normal for a hpx171 or if it is more than normal?

Aside from noise, it appears to me to be out of focus and maybe not well enough lit up.
