GH3 noise from lenses...problem?

hi, i was changing lenses in my gh3, i take the 45 175 and while moving it i heard a tic tic coming from inside.just if i shake it it makesa sound audible easily..i got worried, but everything works. then i tried to shake 14 45 and alsomake a sound if shaked,but this is less loud
what ' is thtat?
 
now tati have done all check,i discover that when i use the zoom on 45 175, electronically, it makes similar noise when zooming out. it start silence,than a coupleo f noisy tick. does anyone know if that zoom shoul be totally silence?
