No XDCAM only HDV, DVCPRO HD, MJPEG or PhotoJPEG?

Hi,

I'm trying to upload a video that was shoot in XDCAM 720p 25fps, but the Codecs they accept are:

HDV, DVCPRO HD, MJPEG (for interlaced footage)
PhotoJPEG (for non-interlaced footage)

Anyone know the best method of converting to one of these without losing quality?
